Mini-Session Dates for 2011

• Scheduled throughout the year with different themes.
• 20-30 minutes of time at photographer’s location of choice
• Top 25 photos on disc
• Requires a $50 deposit to hold your spot. It is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session. When reserving your spot, please indicate date and time in the comments.

What: “Photos on a Stick”
When: Thursday, August 25th and Monday, August 29th
Where: The Great Minnesota Get-Together! (1265 Snelling Ave N, Saint Paul)
Details: Have you ever thought of how many fun photos you could get of your kids at the fair, but your hands were too full worrying about them getting dirty or keeping them happy or getting them what they need? Well, this is where I come in! I will spend 30-40 minutes with you and your family documenting that time you spend at the fair. What you choose to do is up to you! You can spend the time eating their favorite foods, going down the Giant Slide, playing in the Midway, going on rides, or at the petting zoo. I’ll have my arsenal of lenses with me to capture every moment. And, the best part is, you can enjoy the rest of the day at the fair on me, since your admission to the fair is included in the session fee (up to 4 people). I may add a few more sessions or an extra day if these prove to be popular enough.NOTE: The price for these mini-sessions is $300 and the deposit is $100. The other fall mini-sessions listed below are still only $200 and the deposit is $50. Please use the PayPal button at the top of the page to reserve your fall mini-session.

2011 Portrait Pricing

I’ve been really thinking hard about what direction I wanted to take my Portrait Pricing in 2011.  When I was at this same stage last year deciding on my 2010 pricing, I was mostly concerned with cutting back on the amount of work I was doing for the sake of my sanity and spending more time with my family.  I priced myself with the intension of taking on less weddings and less sessions.  Well, taking on less sessions didn’t work out so well, since I did 50% more sessions this year than last year!  So, my pricing reflects a focus on the value on my time vs. prints or file resolution.

For my repeat and loyal customers, I have something for you, too.  For those clients who schedule more than one regular session (not a mini-session) in one calendar year, you will get 50% off each of those sessions scheduled after the initial session.  If you refer another portrait client to Live and Love Studios, and they book any session, you receive a $50 photo credit.  All they have to do is mention your name and you sent them!

All pricing below includes tax.  The photos on disc are high-resolution.

Session Fee: $150
With your session fee, you can either select a package, or simply go ala cart and pick what you want.  There is a minimum print order of $100 per session.  Finally, if you select a disc package, you will automatically receive 50% off all print orders beyond the included print credit (for the Silver and Gold packages).

Sessions includes the following:

• Up to 60 minutes at a location of your choice
• Online gallery with 25-50 images
• Travel within 30 miles of Eagan, MN (additional mileage fees apply for locations more than 30 miles away from Eagan)

Bridget & Tom – Married!

Having never shot a winter wedding, I was excited that my first shot at it would be with Bridget and Tom. They have such a positive outlook on life and knew how to laugh like they meant it! The Oak Ridge Hotel was adorned in extravagant Christmas decorations from floor to ceiling and the roaring fire place added a nice touch to the snowy scape outside. I had such a great time with these two and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
