Ashley and Matt – Engaged!

It’s Kristin with another engagement session. I met Matt and Ashley at Minnehaha Park for an evening shoot. After weaving our way past the HUGE line of people at the Sea Salt cafe, we went down to the base of the water fall. They have been taking dance lessons to prepare for their wedding day, so Matt spun and dipped Ashley to test out some of their new moves during the session. We wrapped up the shoot at the historic Minnehaha Depot to catch the last rays of the sunset.

Erin and Ryan – Engaged!

It’s Kristin with an engagement session. Both Erin and Ryan had their high school senior pictures taken at the nine mile creek in Bloomington, so they decided to have engagement session there too. You’d never guess that the humidity was 98% on the day of this session! It was ridiculously hot and muggy, but we all took off our shoes and waded through the stream to cool off. Ryan and Erin had so much fun playing in the water that it was easy to capture lots of natural candid shots.

Andrea & Jeremy – Engaged!

I met up with Andrea & Jeremy on Tuesday evening at Minnehaha Falls Park for their engagement photo session. Despite the heat and humidity (and the fact that they were both wearing pants!), the photos went awesome! They won’t have to worry about the heat and humidity when they get married this February. 
Andrea & Jeremy met while they were in school and now plan to live happily ever after. Can’t wait for the winter wedding!

There’s no real point in jumping for the photo, but what the hey… it’s fun!
