Kerry and Brian Get Hitched!

This is Kristin with a glimpse of Kerry and Brian’s wedding photos. They planned a beautiful summer celebration. We took the wedding party photos at Centennial Lakes Park which had numerous settings to get great shots in — despite the rain. Luckily, we had a back-up plan of incorporating umbrellas into our shots if it started to sprinkle. Kerry brought umbrellas that matched the bridesmaids’ black and white printed purses perfectly. During the ceremony, the DJ planned all sorts of events and stories to get the crowd going during dinner.  He told the story of how Kerry and Brian met with a recording of their own voices! We had a great time watching their faces, because neither Kerry, nor Brian had heard what the other one had said about each other until the reception. The night closed with an eclectic array of chocolaty desserts and a rowdy bouquet toss. Congratulations!

Andrew and Stefanie’s Wedding!

This is Kristin with Stefanie and Andrew’s wedding at the Ham Lake Golf Course a couple weeks ago. Following tradition, and adding some creativity, Stefanie came up with a rainbow color scheme for the flowers, decorations and even the wedding party’s socks and sashes! Her mother and her grandmother before her had rainbow colored weddings (though her grandmother’s colors were a pastel rainbow). The funniest part of the day was when the bridesmaids showed up with over a dozen signs with funny sayings and inside jokes on them make Andrew laugh in the photos (some unmentionable). With the antics and mixes of the official Timberwolves DJ, Andrew and Stefanie danced late into the night with their family and friends!

Stacie & Kasey – Engaged!

This is Kristin with an engagement session with Stacie and Kasey — yes their names rhyme! These two were so spontaneous and playful that I couldn’t snap fast enough! We started the session in Mears Park in Saint Paul, and then took a few shots in the alley nearby. With the fun skull and cross-bones dress, and matching jewelry, I can’t wait to see what they will wear on their wedding day!
