What a day Lynn & Tony had for their wedding. After all of the awful weather we had been having, they ended up with the perfect fall day! I got together with the happy couple back in July for their engagement pictures at Minnehaha Park. I discovered then that they might be quiet, but there was no mistaking that they were in love. They met through friends at a happy hour with co-workers, then began to talk online. After realizing they had a spark, they started to date. Both being engineers, they had a solid foundation of things to talk about. 🙂 Now, they have officially tied the knot. Enjoy the peak into their day!
The day started off at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Savage.
Poor Lynn was running an hour late! From what I overheard, it was the make-up & hair person they hired. We still ended up getting all of the pictures in, but they had to skip the receiving line in the interest of time. They were also planning on seeing each other prior to the ceremony, however since Lynn arrived so late, they were able to hold off until the ceremony!
I love this picture of Lynn doing the finishing touches
Tony’s reaction to seeing Lynn for the first time
After the ceremony, we went to Blue Cross Park, which is near their reception site
Lynn special ordered the bridesmaid dresses from China!
The last stop was Jensen’s Supper Club in Eagan
Their gifts for their guests were little boxes with fortune cookies. The message was “Wish you good fortune in life, from the new husband and wife.”
The Chinese symbol on the front of their wedding invitation means “Double Happiness”. It was a general theme shown throughout the wedding, with the colors red & gold.

Congratulations, Lynn & Tony. I hope you have a blast in Hawaii for your honeymoon!
