Here’s my 7-7-07 wedding! I’m sure every photographer in the area had a wedding to photograph on this day 🙂
My wedding was all the way in Luck, Wisconsin, and it was, as most people know, very, very hot and humid that day. I was slightly surprised to learn that the church was not air conditioned. Obviously, people managed with ice cold water and fans. Michelle & Jerry have been a couple for a long time and finally decided to tie the knot on the luckiest day of the century! Here are my favorites from their day:
The blazing hot sun over the church
She didn’t like the color nail polish she had on her toes & fingernails, so they re-did them before she got dressed for pictures.
I’ll bet your curious as to what is taking place in this photo. 😉
Inside joke between the the matron of honor & the bride

If you look waaaay off in the distance, you can see a car coming down the dirt road. This was a quick shot and then we were out of there before it got too dusty.
A nice flower shot
More fun with the sun! I do not like the sun when taking pictures, however if I have to work with it, I make the most of it by taking unique pictures with the sun & shadows.
I love this shot of the flower girl during the ceremony.
All of the little girls at the reception were putting on fake make-up. The lighting at the reception wasn’t good, except if you were by a window. This is an excellent example of the lighting from the window.
Congrats, Michelle & Jerry! Hope you had a great honeymoon in Maui!!!
