What a cute and romantic couple! On June 2nd, I had the pleasure of photographing Rebekah & Jonathan’s wedding. I think the groom took the crown for the most-romantic-and-smitten-with-his-bride. He brought a dozen red roses to the bride’s house at 7:00 in the morning the day of the wedding. Oh, and he couldn’t stop looking at the bride throughout the day, even in the middle of pictures! It worked to my advantage sometimes, though. 🙂 During the receiving line, he never let go of her hand. I’m amazed that he kept his composure during the ceremony, and the bride was the one to get emotional. Here are some fun pictures from their day:
I noticed the mom crying when she first saw her corsage. As it turns out, they had taken ivy from her bridal bouquet and put it into her corsage. She got a little emotional when she saw it.

We were able to get outside for a few pictures before it rained. I couldn’t have asked for better lighting! Just before we started taking pictures, the sun went behind the clouds and then it came back out just as we were heading inside!
Just before the processional was about to begin, it began to just pour outside. Good thing the pictures were done!
I love these two pictures of the ring bearer and flower girl
Both the bride’s dad and the groom’s dad were able to have their chance to speak to the couple and to the guests.
The ring bearer was playing with me at their dessert reception (boy, did that cake smell good!).

Time to go! They wanted their reception to be quick & simple.
Congrats Rebekah & Jonathan! The groom’s last surprise was to keep the honeymoon location a surprise. Hope it was great, even if you didn’t know where you were going! 🙂
